  15. Why are my answers erased when I hit my “Back” button?
    The vast majority of you won’t have this problem. Unfortunately, a few of you will. This is some obscure bug in Internet Explorer that nobody has solved. One solution is to use a different browser such as Firefox.
  16. I cannot hear the sound. What do I do?
    First, check the obvious things such as your volume level. If you don’t find a problem, you may need to download the free Flash player.
  17. What if my grade is not posted to my Virtual Report Card?
    Follow the onscreen instructions carefully, and your grade will be recorded!
