Short Version
Mazatlan Aquarium
The Mazatlan Aquarium has the best display in Mexico of tropical and semi-tropical fish from around the world. But like so many attractions in Mexico, there are always other things to do. There are also the very entertaining sea lion and parrot shows. You can watch a skin diver feed sharks while a docent tells you about their life cycle. There is a large botanical garden that has enclosures of giant crocodiles, green sea turtles, parrots and parakeets, and eagles and hawks. There is even a playground for children. The Aquarium is a perfect place to take the kids, but adults might be surprised at how much fun they have too.

El Acuario Mazatlán tiene la mejor muestra en México de peces tropicales y semitropicales provenientes de todo el mundo. Pero al igual que en muchas otras atracciones mexicanas, siempre hay otras cosas que hacer. También hay espectáculos muy divertidos en los que participan lobos marinos, guacamayas y cacatúas. Se puede ver a un buzo alimentando tiburones mientras una guía explica el ciclo de vida de estos animales. Hay un gran jardín botánico con recintos de cocodrilos gigantes, tortugas marinas verdes, loros y periquitos, y águilas y halcones. Hay hasta un patio de recreo infantil. El Acuario es el lugar perfecto para llevar a los niños, pero a los adultos les sorprendería lo mucho que pueden divertirse también.
