  2. Do I need to be a member to use this site?
    Yes. All teacher services require at least a free teacher membership.
  3. Is membership really free?Yes. Free membership means exactly that.
  4. What are the benefits of premium membership?
    A premium teacher membership allows you to give your students access to all premium activities.
  5. I lost my password. What do I do?
    Visit the Teacher Help Desk.
  6. What is the function of the Teacher ID?
    The Teacher ID is how we allow you to view your students’ grades.
  7. How do I get a Teacher ID?
    Just sign up for a free teacher membership.
  8. How do I change my Teacher ID?
    You are not allowed to change your Teacher ID.
  9. What’s the difference between Teacher ID and Password
    You give your Teacher ID to your students so that you can view their grades. Your password is for accessing your account and should never be given to anyone.
  10. Why don’t my students show up in my Grade Book?
    They have not entered your Teacher ID into their student profile (or they made an error when doing so). As soon as they correctly enter your Teacher ID into their student profile, they will show up in your list of new students.
  11. What is the Class ID used for?
    The Class ID is used to logically divide your students into groups. Most teachers use a separate Class ID for each class group.
  12. How do I decide what to use for Class ID?
    Use something descriptive so that when you see it, you will know which group it refers to.
  13. What happens when I remove a student?
    When you remove a student from your Grade Book, all you are doing is causing your Teacher ID to be removed from their student profile. You are not causing any of their grades to be erased.
  14. How can I tell which questions my students got wrong?
    If you click on the percentage score for any test or final exam, a window will pop up showing which questions were missed.
  15. How will my students view my Syllabus?
    Once you have assigned a Syllabus to a particular Class ID, all students in that group will be able to click to view it from their log on page.
  16. I want to assign my syllabus to a class, but the only selection available is “Not Yet Assigned.” Why?
    That’s because you have not yet set up any Class IDs. As soon as you set up Class IDs, they will appear as a selection in your Syllabus.
  17. Can I assign premium activities to my students?
    Yes, but they will not be able to access premium activities unless they have premium access.
  18. Can I check my students progress from the Class?
